All our instruments come with a 30-day money back guarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order simply contact us for return instructions. For items where shipping was paid, you will receive a refund for the full purchase price less shipping. For items with free shipping, you will receive a refund of the purchase price less our original cost to ship the item to you.
We expect your order to arrive in good condition but realize that sometimes damage during shipment can occur. If there is a problem with your order please contact us immediately so that we may correct the problem. We must be notified within 5 days upon delivery for all missing parts/shipping damages/wrong item or color issues and 30 days for any defective parts.
