Your order will be shipped by the manufacturer directly from their warehouse by UPS ground service. Orders usually ship next business day and include insurance and tracking. Please feel free to contact us for expedited shipping options.
We expect your order to arrive in good condition but realize that sometimes damage during shipment can occur. If there is a problem with your order please contact us immediately so that we may correct the problem. We must be notified within 5 days upon delivery for all missing parts/shipping damages/wrong item or color issues and 30 days for any defective parts.
All our Crescent instruments come with a 30-day money back guarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order simply contact us for return instructions. For items where shipping was paid, you will receive a refund for the full purchase price less shipping. For items with free shipping, you will receive a refund of the purchase price less our original cost to ship the item to you.
While we do our best to ensure our listings are up to date, on rare occasions an item may go out of stock before your order is processed. If this occurs we will notify you within one business day and let you know what comparable items (ie different color, finish, etc) are currently available. If we cannot find a suitable substitute to your liking we will issue an immediate refund of your full purchase price.
